This role is highly outbound-focused, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.You'll play a critical role in generating qualified leads, booking meetings with decision-makers, and fuelling the company's sales growth through consistent, high-volume outreach.If you enjoy high-energy prospecting, engaging in meaningful conversations with business leaders, and working across multiple outreach channels, this role offers the platform to make a real impact.What You'll Be DoingAs an SDR, you will be responsible for creating and qualifying new business opportunities through a structured, omni-channel outbound approach.Your responsibilities will include:Executing high-volume cold calling as a primary channel for pipeline generationRunning outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platformsIdentifying and engaging high-value decision-makers within target companiesQualifying both inbound and outbound leads against established criteriaBooking qualified meetings and demos for the sales teamManaging and updating CRM records with clear activity notes and prospect insightsClearly communicating the company's value proposition and services to potential clientsConsistently achieving weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targetsProviding feedback on messaging and campaign performance to improve outreach effectivenessParticipating in pipeline reviews and sales strategy discussionsWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is confident on the phone, resilient with outbound outreach, and motivated by results in a high-activity environment.Ideal candidates will have:Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales professionalStrong B2B sales experience (essential)Demonstrated success in high-volume cold calling and multi-channel prospectingExcellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skillsExperience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similarA self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentAvailability to work UK business hours consistentlyRemote Work RequirementsTo succeed in this role, candidates must have:High-speed internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps)Backup power solution (UPS or similar) to ensure uninterrupted connectivityA quiet and professional home office environmentA reliable laptop capable of running CRM systems, outreach tools, and video conferencing platformsBonus Points If You HaveExperience selling into IT services, MSP, managed services, or SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Salesloft, or OutreachUnderstanding of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similarExperience contributing to lead generation and outbound strategyWhy This Role is ExcitingFully remote international opportunityWork with a growing and ambitious sales teamHigh-impact role directly contributing to revenue growth12-month contract with the potential for extension based on performanceIndependent contractor structure offering flexibility and autonomyAdditional InformationThis position is offered as a 12-month contract.
