We are looking for Research Scientist Interns to help explore exciting research ideas across one or more of the following areas: fraud detection, authentication, speech and audio processing, video analysis, biometrics, and synthetic media detection. This candidate will work in a world-class team of researchers and will play a key role in developing next-generation technologies that improve trust, security, and user experience across voice and digital interactions. What you'll do Develop and evaluate machine learning systems: Design, implement, and assess advanced models for problems such as fraud detection, authentication, biometric verification, speech processing, video understanding, and synthetic media detection. Prototype and validate new research ideas: Explore state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques and build proof-of-concept systems to address emerging challenges in security, identity, and media authenticity. Work with multimodal data: Analyze and model speech, audio, video, and related signals to improve system accuracy, robustness, and real-world performance. Benchmark against industry standards: Evaluate models on internal and public datasets, participate in relevant research benchmarks and challenges, and compare approaches against state-of-the-art methods. Collaborate on research and innovation: Partner with researchers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate research ideas into practical capabilities. Contribute to technical reports, publications, and thought leadership where appropriate. Who you are You are a creative problem solver who is excited about building amazing products that add real value to millions of people. You are enthusiastic about biometric security, fraud prevention, authentication, and developing research ideas into products.
