Job Title: Social Media Manager & Video Editor (Part-Time)OverviewWe're hiring a Social Media Manager & Video Editor to take ownership of content production, social media management, and paid ad performance for a growing wellness-focused brand.This role is ideal for someone who can transform raw footage into high-performing content, manage day-to-day social media execution, and build paid advertising campaigns from the ground up. Video Editing & Content Production (Primary Focus)Edit raw video footage into polished, platform-ready contentProduce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) optimized for performanceCreate promotional and product-focused contentDevelop founder-led content (e.g., day-in-the-life, trends, storytelling)Ensure all content is on-brand, captioned, and ready for posting2. Social Media ManagementManage and publish content across Instagram and TikTokMaintain a consistent and strategic posting scheduleWrite captions, hashtags, and platform-appropriate copyMonitor engagement and respond to comments where neededFlag important interactions or insights to the founder3. Paid Ads Management & Performance TrackingSet up and launch paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager and other platforms)Track and analyze performance (spend, reach, clicks, conversions, revenue)Provide clear, actionable performance summariesOptimize campaigns based on data (creative, targeting, budget)Identify underperforming ads early and recommend improvementsEstablish a consistent reporting cadence4.
