This is a full-time role built for someone who takes pride in clean execution, thorough testing, and clear communication. You will work inside a structured ticketing system, handling everything from content edits to minor technical builds while maintaining a consistently high bar for quality.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess a daily queue of client website requests through a ticketing system, including content updates, design adjustments, and new landing pagesExecute WordPress changes spanning custom CSS/HTML, template edits, and basic-to-intermediate PHP and JavaScriptConduct rigorous self-QA on every task: verify across browsers and devices, test all forms, links, menus, and interactive elementsWrite professional client-facing update summaries for internal review before deliveryWork closely with developers and account managers to align on scope, requirements, and prioritiesIdentify patterns in recurring issues and surface recommendations for process or template improvementsKeep all sites secure, organized, and adhering to development best practicesRequired QualificationsSolid WordPress development background with hands-on experience in themes, plugins, child themes, and custom post typesProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and working knowledge of PHP and JavaScriptExperience with leading page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg) and the ability to customize beyond their defaultsTrack record of managing multiple live client sites simultaneouslyMeticulous attention to detail and a self-QA mindset before every handoffProfessional written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholdersMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
