**Outbound Sales Representative – Provided Leads \| Remote, U.S.\-Based** ChicagoExpediter.com is seeking an experienced, professional **Outbound Sales Representative** to join our sales team as a full\-time remote independent contractor. **We provide the leads.** This is **not** a lead\-research position, skip\-tracing position, virtual assistant position, call\-center position, or mass\-dialing position. We are looking for a professional salesperson who knows how to personally work individual prospects, start conversations, build interest, ask the right questions, follow up consistently, and develop qualified sales opportunities. U.S.\-Based Applicants Only This position is remote, but applicants must be located in the **United States**. **Chicago\-area and Illinois\-based applicants are strongly preferred** because our company, clients, services, and prospects are concentrated in the Chicago market. We want our representative to become familiar with the local market and the types of businesses, contractors, property owners, and professionals we serve. About the Position Our in\-house team develops targeted prospect lists and provides you with the contact information and background information available for each lead. **You do not have to find the leads.** Your responsibility begins when the lead is assigned to you. You will personally contact each prospect, introduce our services, determine whether there is a current or upcoming need, gather basic information, follow up when necessary, and identify qualified opportunities for our in\-house team. This is a relationship\-based outbound sales position. We are looking for someone who understands that a good sales conversation is more important than simply making the highest possible number of calls. No Mass Dialing We are specifically **not** looking for automated dialing, robocalling, high\-volume call\-center techniques, or someone whose only objective is to rush through hundreds of telephone numbers.
