Health Informatics Course EditorCourse Editors play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our credit-recommended college courses. This project aims to enhance and update college-level courses to ensure they meet current academic standards and industry requirements. This is an online, remote contract role.This is an online, remote contract role. All work is paid per hour. Project DescriptionYou will review and edit existing college-level Health Informatics course structure and materials. This is expected to include tasks such as (but not limited to):Evaluating and adjusting recommended updates to existing course structureReviewing course learning outcomes and competencies for accuracy and alignment with current health informatics standardsEditing skill-oriented course sections and ensuring proper organization of topics such as electronic health records, health data management, and healthcare IT systemsReviewing and refining response assignment prompts and rubricsEvaluating existing multiple choice questions for quality and accuracyRequired Skills:Master's degree or higher in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Health IT, Biomedical Informatics, or a closely related fieldExperience teaching courses in a college or university settingExperience creating, updating, or revising courses at a college or university levelStrong working knowledge of healthcare data systems, electronic health records (EHR), and health information technologyAdditional Preferred Skills:Strong time management skills to meet due datesReceptiveness to feedback and willingness to revise submitted work as neededAbility to collaborate with curriculum designers to create high-quality course deliverablesWhat We Offer:Reliable Payments: You'll receive payments twice a month and automated invoicing for your work.Remote Work: This is a fully online contracted work-from-home opportunity.Flexibility: Basically, there are no requirements!
