This position ensures that all change\-control processes—ranging from CCB and ARB reviews to risk assessments and release coordination—are executed with transparency, tracked through effective dashboard reporting, and continuously improved for efficiency. By administering workflows, enforcing standards, maintaining team boards, and driving ongoing enhancements to change governance, the Change Manager helps maintain a stable, predictable environment that enables rapid modernization while safeguarding operational integrity. The role also requires the ability to clearly communicate processes and train teams to understand and follow change\-control expectations. Responsibilities include managing change control activities, setting up Jira and ServiceNow workflows, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with governance requirements.
