This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and enjoys working autonomously.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Craft and develop engaging job advertisements for various platforms, including paid media and social mediaMaintain and update our CRM dashboard, ensuring live vacancies are accurately displayedManage and update interactive dashboards using Google Docs, Excel, and other tools to reflect active vacanciesServe as the primary point of contact for our job advertisement partnersAssist with reporting, follow up on client briefs, and arrange appointments for the company ownerDrive continuous improvement within your area of responsibilityPerform various ad hoc tasks as needed by the business.REQUIREMENTS:Native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken) with a strong ability to create high-quality written content and suggest enhancementsProficiency in additional languages is a plusSolid experience with administrative tasks and a strong command of Google Sheets / Excel (Intermediate level or higher).
