We help customers make the most of the Workday platform! The State \& Local Government Technical Consulting team is responsible for the Data Conversion, Integration, and Reporting workstreams on Workday implementation projects. As a diverse group driven by a passion for the success of our customers, we provide leadership and technical expertise to efficiently guide customers through their deployments. It’s an exciting, fast\-paced, and rewarding work environment! **About the Role** The Sr. Technical Consultant works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer’s relevant reporting and analytic solutions. The Sr. Technical Consultant has knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, project implementation methodology, and a successful track record of delivering. The Sr. Technical Consultant will: * Lead and project manage reporting workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results * Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ reporting needs * Design and implement reports to address complex customer requirements * Assist customer in testing reporting solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post\-production success * Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement **About You** We are looking for hardworking, creative consultants who are passionate about what they do!
