Workstate is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our expert team in support of enterprise business systems initiatives across platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, Coupa, CoStar, Concur, Oracle EPM/PBCS, and related financial and operational applications. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional technical programs that support critical business processes, system enhancements, integrations, and modernization efforts.As a key contributor, you will work closely with business, technology, product, finance, procurement, and operational stakeholders to define scope, manage roadmaps, coordinate delivery, and maintain clear communication across teams. This role requires strong technical program management experience, practical understanding of enterprise business applications, Agile/Scrum leadership, executive communication skills, and the ability to move comfortably between technical details, delivery execution, and broader business objectives.This position is remote-friendly and available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence.Job DutiesLead complex technical programs across enterprise business systems, with a focus on finance, procurement, operational, and related business applicationsServe as Scrum Master for delivery teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremoniesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and delivery plansDevelop, own, and maintain team roadmaps that align technology work with business priorities and strategic objectivesManage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, product, finance, procurement, and executive teamsProvide transparent communication throughout the program lifecycle, including status reporting, risk updates, decision tracking, and escalation managementCoordinate delivery across multiple teams, systems, vendors, and workstreamsProactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery issuesHelp teams make tradeoff decisions by balancing customer needs, business value, architecture quality, technical feasibility, and delivery constraintsLead technical and delivery discussions while ensuring business stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, decisions, and impactsSupport project execution from kickoff through delivery, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvementPartner with product owners and business stakeholders to refine priorities, backlog items, acceptance criteria, and release plansEnsure teams remain focused, organized, and accountable for delivery commitmentsSupport continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, Agile practices, reporting methods, and team operating modelsRepresent multiple stakeholder perspectives and help identify issues or opportunities before they become delivery problemsMaintain a high bar for quality, architecture, documentation, communication, and customer impactHelp enterprise business systems teams maintain and improve platforms that support critical financial, procurement, HR, and operational processesRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated some of the following skills professionally, but not necessarily all:8+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, software delivery, enterprise systems, fintech, or business applications environmentsProven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role leading complex cross-functional technology initiativesExperience supporting enterprise business systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, Coupa, CoStar, Concur, Oracle EPM/PBCS, or comparable finance, procurement, HR, or operational platformsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or KanbanExperience serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and helping teams adhere to Agile principles and practicesAbility to develop, own, and maintain team roadmaps aligned to business objectivesStrong project planning, dependency management, risk management, and delivery tracking skillsAbility to define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success criteriaStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business, technical, product, and executive audiencesExcellent executive communication, presentation, and status reporting skillsAbility to move between technical discussions and high-level strategic planningStrong understanding of product, infrastructure, integration, and enterprise architecture considerationsAbility to represent customer needs while balancing technical feasibility, business priorities, and delivery constraintsExcellent multitasking, prioritization, organization, and follow-through skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-pac
