Job Description
Hours: Monday to Friday7.5 hours per dayStart: 8:30am UK TimeLunch: 1 hourFinish: 5:00pm UK TimeContract: Temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right person
As a Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting the client's recruitment activity. You will help find suitable candidates, keep the systems organised and ensure the vacancies are promoted effectively. If you enjoy speaking to people, learning new systems and working in a rewarding supportive environment, this role will suit you well.
Key ResponsibilitiesCalling candidates to discuss roles, availability and suitabilityResourcing for live vacancies using, LinkedIn and our internal databaseUpdating and maintaining our CRM/database with accurate informationMarketing vacancies across social platformsSupporting consultants with admin and candidate coordinationLearning new tools and software quickly as part of the workflowRecruitment experience is not essential, but any prior experience is an advantage.
What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to learn at pace.
Essential qualities:Clear, confident English (spoken and written)Accuracy and attention to detailResilience and the ability to work in a fast‑moving environmentQuick learner, especially with new software and systemsFriendly, professional phone mannerComfortable speaking to a wide range of peopleMust have your own computer and reliable internet accessDesirable:Knowledge of UK geographyAny experience in recruitment, especially technical recruitmentExperience with CRMs or databasesBackground in admin, customer service or people‑focused rolesAdditional Information:
