Background Details As a Director of EDI Management \& API Integrations, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the department, division, and enterprise vision for EDI. You will have oversight of 45\+ Associates ranging from Service Processor to Sr. Consultant with Managers and Supervisors supporting teams. You will provide direction and oversee all EDI, API and Electronic File Exchange processing and administration ensuring service delivery is accurate, timely and meets all internal service levels. What you'll be doing You will maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends to assess the impact and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. In addition, you will direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. You will identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality across the department. You will provide subject matter expertise to team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects. You will establish and implement priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure group results. You will direct and provide leadership to continually improve the capability and results. You will direct all EDI, API and Electric File Exchange processing and administration ensuring the service delivery is accurate, timely and meets all internal service levels. You will collaborate with Leadership on the development of all service levels. In addition, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate and ensure an understanding of the key service differentiators between Lincoln and its competitors. You will perform root cause analysis of escalated issues to proactively prevent issues/concerns going forward.
