About the role:Salary range: $180k – $290k*Location: Remote - EST or CST preferred Kalepa is looking for a technically-focused Principal Product Manager with 7+ years of experience to be a leader within our Product team. We are a VC-backed, remote-friendly startup delivering software to transform and disrupt commercial insurance. Our HQ is located in New York City.You will be expected to set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of Kalepa’s core underwriting product: working closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on Kalepa’s product vision and unlock value for users. You will be expected to define and own the long-term roadmap, mentor other product managers, and contribute to Kalepa’s culture and commercial success.About you:You have 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ in a senior or principal-level roleYou excel at leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders, including architectural decisions with engineering counterpartsHustle mindset - you remove obstacles, take initiative, and find ways to get things doneYou love being the voice of the customer.
