Together, we are transforming healthcare for the better — one patient, one facility, and one solution at a time. **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Medical Assistant Team Lead will provide administrative support and coordinate daily staff activities to ensure efficient operations. The Team Leader is responsible for providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to assigned medical assistants. This position will require organization, dependability, punctuality, and good communication skills. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for assigned medical assistants, providing real time peer level support to resolve day\-to\-day operational questions and workflow challenges before escalating to the Supervisor as needed. * Support the rollout of new processes and initiatives for the IPV MA team by communicating updates to peers, answering workflow questions, and providing feedback to leadership on adoption challenges. * Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and communicate observations to the Supervisor and Operations team to support daily chart preparation and department goals. * Model and reinforce adherence to policies, procedures, and MA workflows; escalate concerns, risks, or compliance issues to leadership promptly and with appropriate documentation. * Support the training and onboarding of new and existing Medical Assistants by delivering structured workflow guidance and flagging competency concerns to the Supervisor. * Facilitate onboarding of newly paired MA\-clinician relationships by coordinating introductions, clarifying workflow expectations, and serving as a communication bridge during the transition period. * Troubleshoot EMR and remote technology issues affecting team productivity, escalating unresolved technical problems to the appropriate support channels. * Conduct spot audits (per departmental policy) of clinical notes and documentation to verify accuracy and timeliness, compiling findings and reporting trends to the Supervisor for follow\-up. * Assist the Supervisor with PTO coverage coordination by identifying scheduling gaps and communicating resource needs. * Provide hands\-on backup support for the Medical Assistant team as needed, performing all core MA functions. * Manage concurrent tasks and priorities across multiple systems, maintaining strong organizational standards while keeping the Supervisor informed of capacity or bandwidth concerns. * Additional relevant duti
