Responsibilities * Prepare federal and state individual income tax returns after completing company training. * Review tax documents for accuracy and completeness. * Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings. * Request and organize required tax documentation. * Follow IRS regulations, company procedures, and confidentiality requirements. * Maintain accurate client records. * Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the tax preparation process. Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years old. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. * Reliable computer or laptop with high\-speed internet access. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Basic computer proficiency. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Willingness to complete company training before preparing returns. Tax Preparers are compensated **starting at $300 or more for each completed and accepted tax return**, subject to company compensation policies, quality standards, and client acceptance.
