**Senior Finance \& Accounting Recruiter / Talent Partner** **Flexible Consulting** **Remote** **Part\-Time \| Hourly \+ Uncapped Commission** **About Flexible Consulting** Flexible Consulting provides experienced accounting and finance professionals to companies requiring flexible, high\-quality talent solutions. Our placements range from transactional accounting and contract support positions through senior accounting, Controller and CFO\-level roles. We support clients through interim and contract staffing, fractional leadership, project\-based consulting and permanent placements. We are looking for an experienced Finance \& Accounting Recruiter / Talent Partner to help expand our network of accounting and finance professionals and support the continued growth of our staffing and consulting business. **The Role** This is not a traditional internal recruiting position. We are looking for someone who understands the accounting and finance talent market and can recruit effectively across a broad range of experience levels — from Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable professionals through Controllers and CFOs. A significant part of the role will involve developing a strong pipeline of reliable accounting professionals who can be deployed quickly into contract and interim assignments, particularly AP, AR, bookkeeping, staff accounting and general accounting positions. At the same time, the recruiter should be comfortable conducting more targeted searches for experienced accounting and finance professionals. Experience recruiting within the Texas market — particularly Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin — is strongly preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accounting and finance professionals across Texas and nationally. * Recruit candidates for contract, interim, fractional, project\-based and permanent positions. * Develop a readily available pool of qualified candidates for frequently requested contract positions, particularly Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping and staff accounting roles. * Quickly identify candidates when clients have immediate or short\-notice staffing requirements. * Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals and other recruiting channels. * Screen candidates for relevant experience, technical capabilities, communication skills, compensation expectations and availability. * Conduct initial interviews and determine candidate suitability for Flexible Consulting clients. * Build relationships with strong candidates even when there is not an immediate opening. * Maintain an active "bench" of proven accounting and finance professionals. * Partner directly with Flexible Consulting leadership to understand client requirements and rapidly identify suitable candidates. * Coordinate candidate introductions, interviews, offers, placements and onboarding. * Maintain accurate candidate, client and placement informat
