This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for an engineer who wants to shape how intelligent automation is experienced by thousands of enterprise users.You will work at the frontier of agentic AI — designing agents that can reason, plan, and act — while also building the full stack infrastructure and interfaces that bring those capabilities to life in a production SaaS environment. If you are energised by complex systems, semantic reasoning, and the challenge of making AI reliable at scale, this role is built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop full stack features supporting the deployment, monitoring, and management of AI agents within our SaaS platformBuild and extend the RPA agent layer — designing agents that reason, adapt, and operate reliably in productionImplement and iterate on semantic context mechanisms that equip agents with structured, domain-relevant knowledgeCreate intuitive frontend interfaces that give users visibility and control over agent behaviour and outcomesIntegrate with third-party AI services, LLM APIs, and enterprise data sourcesWork in a cross-functional squad alongside product managers, ML engineers, and UX designersHelp define technical standards and patterns for agentic system development across the engineering organisationRequired QualificationsSenior-level full stack engineering experience with a strong track record of delivery in complex systemsStrong experience with agentic AI systems — including tool-use, memory, planning, and multi-agent coordinationPractical knowledge of RPA concepts and automation workflow designFamiliarity with semantic context patterns and how to structure and surface knowledge for AI consumptionProficiency across both backend (Python or Node.js) and frontend (React / TypeScript)Demonstrated ability to lead technically within a collaborative, cross-functional teamMust have prior remote work experience and be comfortable working autonomously within a distributed engineering teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAIExposure to enterprise integration patterns including event-driven architectureBackground shipping features in a B2B SaaS environmentFamiliarity with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval systemsTools & TechnologyPython / Node.jsReact / TypeScriptAgentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)RPA platforms and automation toolingSlack, Zoom, Google WorkspacePlease Note It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
