What You'll Do Conduct independent clinical evaluations (via secure text/video or structured questionnaire review, depending on state regulations) to determine if a client meets the criteria for an Emotional Support Animal. Write and sign official ESA housing/travel letters for clients who qualify under current HUD guidelines. Maintain quick turnaround times for reviews to ensure a seamless client experience. Ensure all documentation meets standard ethical and state\-specific legal requirements. What We’re Looking For Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, or PMHNP) in your state of practice. Multi\-state licensing is a massive plus! Excellent written communication skills and a strong eye for detail. High responsiveness and a commitment to completing assigned files within 24–48 hours. Familiarity with or willingness to learn the specific legal frameworks surrounding ESAs and Fair Housing regulations. Compensation \& Commitment Type: Independent Contractor (1099\) Pay: Competitive fee per paid upon 5 assessments Hours: Extremely flexible. Start with as few as 2\-5 hours a week, with the ability to scale up significantly as our business volume expands.
