Test Automation Specialist

We are currently looking for a Test Automation Specialist to strengthen the Cronos Europa team. The position requires experience in designing, preparing, and monitoring automated tests, as well as contributing to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process.RequirementsDesign, prepare and monitor automated tests.Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing processEvaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach.Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs.Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.Knowledge of continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Ability to collaborate with QA team members, providing guidance and support on best practices.In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) processes.Knowledge of test automation technologies, tools and techniques.Hands-on experience in the creation of test automation solutions.Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools.Experience in the test data management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Good redaction skills, experience in preparation of written reports.Capability of integration in an international/multi- cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments and test automation.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc) and testing applications in cloud environments in a plus.Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projectsBenefitsAttractive salary packageGood work-life balance environmentAssurance of working in cutting-edge technologies in an entrepreneurial spiritOpportunity to develop your skills thanks to tailor-made training courses according to your needsOriginally posted on Himalayas
