You know that moment when someone walks into a party and immediately sets the tone for the entire night?
That's this role.
We're looking for a high\-energy, detail\-obsessed, client\-loving Head of Experimentation to become the face of the KlientBoost experience for every new client that joins us. You'll be the bridge between the Sales and Growth Teams (our client delivery team), the quarterback of the onboarding process, and the person responsible for making clients think, "Yep, we made the right decision." You'll also be constantly experimenting with better ways to drive client outcomes, improve close rates, and create a more effective onboarding experience through the use of AI, automation, Kite, creativity, and process improvement.
This role does not carry a sales quota and does not manage a long term book of business.
This isn't a project coordinator role. This isn't a note\-taking role. And it's definitely not a "follow a checklist and send a few emails" role.
