Location: Remote (Philippines) Classification: Full-time Positions Available: 1 FTE Shifts: Primarily US business hoursAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and versatile Photo and Video Editor to support a range of client projects, including product promotions, social media content, marketing campaigns, and internal communications with background in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality photos and short-to-long form video content, ensuring brand consistency, optimising assets for multiple platforms, and collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and colour-correct still imagesEdit video content including short-form social clips (15–60s), long-form videos (up to 10+ minutes), product demos, and promotional piecesCreate motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds and simple visual effects to enhance storytellingTrim, sequence and assemble footage; add music, sound design and clean audio mixingOptimise deliverables for various platforms and required codecs/resolutionsMaintain organised project files, version control and proper archiving of source assetsCollaborate with content producers, designers and marketing leads to ensure creative briefs and brand guidelines are metDeliver work to deadline while managing multiple projects and feedback roundsQualifications2+ years of professional experience in photo and video editing.Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom; DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro knowledge is a plusStrong understanding of colour grading, composition, pacing and audio post-productionPortfolio or showreel demonstrating a range of projects and technical skills (required)Good communication skills in English and ability to interpret creative briefsReliable home office setup with stable internet connection; access to necessary editing hardware and softwareAbility to work US business hoursNice to HaveExperience with social-first editingFamiliarity with audio editing tools (Adobe Audition, Audacity)Experience with asset management systems and cloud collaboration tools (Frame.io, Dropbox, Google Drive)Compensation and BenefitsSalary/Rate: Offered as full-time salarySchedule: Full-time, remote; US hoursProfessional Development: Opportunities for upskilling and career progression with client projectsWork ExpectationsProduce high-quality, brand-aligned visual assets on timeRespond professionally to feedback and iterate quicklyMaintain confidentiality of client materials and adhere to usage rightsOrganise assets and maintain clear documentation of project versionsAbout Virtual TeammateVirtual Teammateconnects talented Filipino professionals with growing US-based companies.
