Apply today and help us shape the future of work—togetherSUMMARY: The Organizational Change Management Consultant will support the adoption of change, new tools and new ways of working implemented by the cybersecurity team. They will leverage their experience and knowledge of how people and organizations manage change to support adoption of our top cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.HIERARCHY: Reports to Engagement ManagerPRIMARY DUTIES:Assess the organization’s current change managementDevelop a change management strategy to support security-related programsImplement change management processes and tools to support adoption of cybersecurity changesContribute to practice-building efforts such as knowledge sharing Develop processes to measure progress and effectiveness of change management activities and business readinessThe ability to effect change through business process engineering design, prevent change collisions at scale, and how ways of working are conducted for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.COMPENTENCY: Demonstrated experience in Organizational Change ManagementREQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.EXPERIENCE:Experience working with cybersecurity teams, ideally supporting change management or project management activities.Relevant experience in change management related to transformation programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, communication planning and execution, training support and business readiness)LANGUAGE SKILLS: EnglishPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus.
