An extraordinarily talented group of individuals work together every day to drive TNS' success, from both professional and personal perspectives.Come join the excellence!OverviewThis role is responsible for designing, automating, deploying, and supporting secure, scalable cloud infrastructure that directly enables business growth and operational reliability. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in AWS, infrastructure-as-code, and Linux systems, along with a mindset focused on automation, resilience, and continuous improvement. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating across time zones, working asynchronously when needed, and supporting platforms used by a global customer base.ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Design, implementation, and support for infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.Plan, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure aligned to business objectives, performance, security, and availability requirements.Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop optimal cloud based solutions (Design, Build, Deploy)Maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AWS infrastructureProvide environmental analysis and recommend performant solutionsContinuous improvement of service delivery to internal and external customersEvangelize process automation where at all possibleCreate, maintain, and improve documentation for processes, architecture, or other infrastructure elementsQualificationsQualifications:5+ years’ experience managing Linux/Unix systems (Red Hat, Ubuntu preferred)3+ years’ experience managing AWS infrastructureAdvanced knowledge of AWS native tooling and architectureExperience deploying cloud native networks and interconnecting with on-prem networksStrong understanding of cloud networking and securityGranular experience deploying cloud native solutionsSkilled in development of least privilege IAM policiesExperience developing and applying cloud resource tagsExperience using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.)Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)Strong scripting or coding experienceDemonstrated skills in decision making/judgement and initiativeHigh integrity, accountability, and a positive attitudeTeam player with good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsOptional Desired QualificationsAWS certificationGlobal infrastructure support experience preferredRed Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu preferredExposure to other facets of IT helpfulKnowledge of PCI/SOC1/SOC2 requirements and controls helpfulEducation and Certifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredITIL certification preferredIf you are passionate about technology, love personal growth and opportunity, come see what TNS is all about!TNS is an equal opportunity employer.
