We’ve already launched our pharmacy service that allows people to shop for their pets’ medications and supplements online and get them delivered to their doorstep in presorted medication pouches. Now we’re focused on continuing to improve that experience while building a suite of new products and services that will make the pet health experience even better. We are looking for a Partner Relationship Manager to manage our growing B2B channel. In this role, you will work closely with veterinary practices to enable and improve their home delivery pharmacy solution, with a focus on supporting larger accounts, including groups with multiple veterinary clinics. Experience managing larger, multi-location accounts is important for success in this role. You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Customer Service, and Leadership teams to deliver the best pet health experience for all.What you'll do:Manage the sales cycle with veterinary practices, including larger, multi-location accounts, from lead generation and cold-call outreach to demo, clinic close, and onboardingBuild relationships with key stakeholders across accounts, including clinic leadership, practice managers, veterinarians, and multi-location decision-makersProactively identify solutions to pain points and customer needs by clearly communicating the value of Koala’s home delivery pharmacy solutionSupport the onboarding and adoption of new clinic partners, ensuring a smooth experience across individual practices and larger account groupsRemain current on industry trends and the evolving needs of the animal health and veterinary communitiesProvide a best-in-class experience for prospects and partners through proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and strong follow-throughUnderstand that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem; it is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen the relationship, and create a delightful experienceWhat you'll need:High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred4+ years of sales experience or B2B sales experience, preferably in the Animal Health IndustryAt least 1 year of experience managing larger, multi-location accountsExperience working in Veterinary/Pet care strongly preferredExcellent communication skills (spoken and written)Animal lover - Not required, but definitely a plus!Why you'll love Koala Heath:We know that not everyone will have all these skills on day one.We value a learning mindset and individuals who are invested in our mission.We are a remote-first company offering our employees the flexibility of working from home.We offer a competitive salary and a chance to own a part of the company in the form of equity.We cover medical, dental, and vision insurance with partial coverage for your partner and dependents.Other benefits include unlimited PTO and a 401(k) retirement account.Koala Health is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
