Our Mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective”.Denovo Launch Project Manager’s responsible for defining our market entry and growth strategies, developing launch plans and partnering with cross-functional leadership to ensure that Geode launches practices filled with providers, in great locations on time and on budget. The ideal candidate enjoys both strategy and execution and is excited by the opportunity to build the foundation in a high-growth, mission-driven well-funded startup  The position is remote with some travel. Job Responsibilities:  Own the end-to-end launch of new practices beginning with strategic selection of ideal locations all the way down to ensuring that practices launch on time and on budget   Regularly present on progress to Geode’s executive leadership   Optimize the growth playbook by focusing on standardizing processes around site selection, deal execution and recruiting providers to ensure consistency and support on-time, on-budget builds at the required velocity   Monitor project plans across multiple practice openings to ensure recruiting, technology and real estate teams are progressing according to plan   Collaborate with Business Development team to ensure locations are complementary to acquisition sites   Identify project risks and potential liabilities and provide management recommendations where appropriate for the delivery of contingency plans and alternative execution methods   Build launch plan coordinating with technology, operations and marketing to ensure a smooth transition to operations for each opening   Ideal Candidate Profile  Passionate about our mission    Empathetic towards providers needs   Self-starter, for whom no task is too big or too small and takes ownership of their decisions   Organized & process-oriented   Excellent collaborator   Creative thinker   A lifelong learner who believes in giving and receiving feedback to get better each day   Qualifications/Skills:   Experience setting up measurement systems, collecting data, and implementing learnings to drive tangible business results   Top-notch written, verbal communication and presentations skills; able to inspire and influence any/all internal and external stakeholders   Strong analytical skills Education and Experience Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)  3-6 years' experience in project management where you have had to liaise with multiple stakeholders and execute multiple projects on time and on budget   At Geode Health, we offer:Competitive compensationFlexible scheduleIn-person and virtual patient visitsComprehensive admin support (front office, accounting, finance, payroll, HR, etc)Professional development opportunitiesClinical community, support, and leadershipMedical, dental and vision benefitsLife insuranceShort and long-term disabilityPaid vacation and holidaysMatching 401k planState of the art technologyWhy work for Geode Health?At Geode Health, we take our commitment to patients and providers seriously.
