In this role, you will lead the end\-to\-end experimentation process, including identifying and sizing opportunities, helping teams define key decisions, selecting success metrics and testing methodologies, and translating results into actionable recommendations and future testing roadmaps. You will oversee the design, execution, and analysis of digital experiments aimed at optimizing donor and supporter engagement and conversion across digital channels and platforms. Additionally, you will establish and lead the governance, training, processes, and support needed to foster a culture of experimentation and data\-driven decision\-making throughout the organization.
