**Experienced Bookkeeper – Growth Opportunity \| REH CPA, PLLC (Charlotte \& Mooresville/Lake Norman, NC)** **Hybrid Remote \| Full\-Time \| $23–$27/hour** REH CPA, PLLC is a dynamic and growing CPA firm with offices in **Charlotte** and **Mooresville/Lake Norman, NC**. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled, detail\-oriented **Experienced Bookkeeper** to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated accounting professional looking for long\-term career growth within a supportive, collaborative, and forward\-thinking firm. **About the Role** The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in bookkeeping and payroll, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles. A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred. You will manage monthly accounting functions for a diverse client base while providing exceptional accuracy and client service. This hybrid position allows you to work from **either our Charlotte or Mooresville office**, with remote work flexibility based on business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Process payroll for multiple business clients * Perform write\-up bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations and journal entries * Prepare and file sales tax returns * Assist with business property tax filings * Communicate professionally with clients and respond promptly to their needs * Maintain accurate financial records and meet client deadlines **Qualifications** * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred) * Two or more years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a CPA firm or bookkeeping practice * Proficiency with QuickBooks and payroll software * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team **Why Join REH CPA?** At REH CPA, we offer more than a job—we offer a career.
