**About Dialzara** Dialzara is a Boise\-based SaaS company delivering AI\-powered phone receptionist services to small businesses. Our solution ensures every call gets answered, eliminating missed opportunities and helping owners focus on their core work. We serve clients in industries like real estate, law, IT, and home services. **Role Overview** We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist based in the Boise area to help our customers get the most out of Dialzara. This is a remote/inside position — support is delivered entirely via phone, Zoom, and email. You'll guide small business owners from their first day on the platform through long\-term success: onboarding new accounts, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every customer's AI receptionist is set up to perform. Local presence is required for occasional team meetings or strategy sessions. **Key Responsibilities** * Onboard new customers and guide them through initial account and agent setup * Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat with speed and care * Troubleshoot issues, own them to resolution, and follow up proactively * Conduct remote walkthroughs and training sessions for new and existing customers * Monitor account health and check in with customers to prevent churn before it happens * Document customer interactions and track issues in CRM * Collaborate with the founder to turn customer feedback into product and process improvements * Hit or exceed customer satisfaction, response\-time, and retention goals **Requirements** * 2\+ years in customer support, customer success, or account management (SaaS or service\-based preferred) * Proven ability to manage customer conversations remotely and resolve issues virtually * Strong written and verbal communication skills — patient, clear, and empathetic * Comfortable using modern support tools (CRM, Google Meetings, help desk software) * Based in the Boise area for periodic in\-person team collaboration **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting SMBs in real estate, legal, or trades * Familiarity with AI, VoIP, or virtual receptionist services * Previous work in a startup or fast\-paced environment **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive base salary \+ performance bonuses tied to customer retention and satisfaction * Flexible hours and local autonomy * Work directly with the founder in a high\-growth startup Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $3,000\.00 \- $5,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Eagle, ID 83616 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Eagle, ID 83616: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
