Job Description

BI Manager to lead our data and analytics initiatives, ensuring our product teams receivetimely insights to drive strategic and operational decisions. This role will focus onchanneling product requirements, collaborating with developers to create actionabledashboards, and leveraging Google Analytics to measure app performance.Key Responsibilities1. Product Requirement Channelingo Act as the primary liaison between product teams and data developers,translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure BI solutions align withproduct roadmaps and organizational objectives.2. Dashboard Developmento Collaborate closely with developers to design, build, and maintain intuitivedashboards that provide real-time insights into product performance.o Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and accuratelyreflect essential KPIs for decision-makers.3. Data Analysis & Insight Generationo Leverage advanced data analysis techniques to uncover trends,opportunities, and areas for improvement.o Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, includingrecommendations to optimize product strategies.4. App Performance Trackingo Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track and evaluate appperformance metrics, user behavior, and engagement trends.o Provide regular performance reports and proactive insights that informproduct improvements and feature prioritization.5. Process Optimizationo Establish and refine data governance processes to ensure accuracy,consistency, and integrity of all BI outputs.o Continuously evaluate and optimize BI practices, technologies, andmethodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.6. Stakeholder Engagemento Build strong relationships with business, product managers, developers, andexecutive leadership to understand evolving data needs.o Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to relevant stakeholders,maintaining transparency throughout project lifecycles.Qualifications:Experience in the Health Industry.Technical Skills:BI tools (Amazon QuickSight, Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc) and basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).Hands-on experience with Google Analytics for app performance tracking and analysis.• Soft Skills:o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.o Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.o Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable businessrecommendations.Originally posted on Himalayas
