At Shift, you won’t just be part of a company - you’ll be part of a global community shaping the next chapter of finance.About the roleWe are looking for a driven B2B Account Executive with deep industry connections and a track record of success in both outbound and inbound sales within cryptocurrency, digital assets, or traditional financial markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, opening doors with key decision-makers, and navigating complex deal structures in a fast-moving, highly competitive industry. This position prioritizes candidates with Cyprus market experience.Key Responsibilities:Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leadsLeverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand Shift Marketsʼ client networkManage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high-value contractsPresent Shift Marketsʼ full suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs in both crypto, TradFi, and FX marketsBuild a strong pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRMRepresent Shift Markets at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen relationships and generate leadsPartner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale supportStay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to position Shift Markets as a trusted partnerRequired Skills:Strong understanding of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto and/or TradFiExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and adapt quickly in a high-growth environmentQualifications:2 to 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding quota and closing complex dealsEstablished network of contacts in brokerages, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services (capital markets, FX, brokerages, liquidity providers, etc.)Previous experience working within an FX/CFD brokerage, Neo/Challenger Bank, Payment Processor, or Crypto-native entityWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + uncapped commissionsOpportunity to work at the forefront of crypto and fintech innovationAccess to global markets and high-profile clientsFlexible work environment and travel opportunities to engage with clients and industry partnersOriginally posted on Himalayas
