About DwellyDwelly — a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, that is growing through a roll-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue-type landlords portfolios, and then ii) building a top-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business.We’re a fast-growing, product-focused company, backed by top-tier investors and led by a team with deep experience in real estate, technology, and operations.Position SummaryNote: This is an evergreen role.We’re continuously building our data bench and are always open to meeting exceptional Data Analysts who want to help scale a high-growth platform.This is a cross-functional role working across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams. Your mission will be to turn complex, real-world data into structured insights that directly improve performance and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunitiesDefine and track KPIs across operational and product performanceBuild clear, reliable dashboards and reporting frameworksPartner with Product and Engineering to support feature validation and performance measurementBreak down ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approachesImprove data accuracy, consistency, and internal reporting standards Qualifications & Preferred Background:3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business IntelligenceStrong SQL skills (mandatory)Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)Structured, systems-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail and data qualityAbility to translate data into actionable business insightsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling startup environmentStrong communication skills in EnglishCompensation & Benefits:The role is fully remote, providing flexibility and enabling seamless collaboration with our geographically distributed team.Competitive salary with the potential for equity options based on performance, recognising exceptional contributions to our integration success.What is it like being a Dwell-er?Feel free to check out Dwelly Core Principles.
