This position is ideal for someone experienced with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions that can work well within remote team environment, handling several projects at a time.Responsibilities:Participate in analysis, design, testing, documentation, modification and implementation of Academy of Art University’s enterprise-wide PeopleSoft applicationsDetermine business and reporting requirements, working with the end-user community, and translate into technical specifications for developmentDevelop, test, and document PeopleSoft upgrades, customizations, enhancements, and reportsProvide pre- and post-PeopleSoft implementation/upgrade technical evaluation and supportProvide PeopleSoft application production supportEvaluate, advise and implement best practices in the integration and exchange of data between PeopleSoft and other Academy of Art University systems including but not limited to Bright Space LMS and SalesforceTrain end-users and technical staff as neededRecommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, engineering or related field requiredPrior full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementation; minimum of six years of PeopleSoft technical and functional experienceProven ability to integrate data between enterprise systems. Prior experience with the integration of PeopleSoft and Salesforce systems and web services preferredEffective problem solver and troubleshooterAbility to work effectively and efficiently under pressureStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsHands-on experience with PeopleSoft Development tools and reporting tools: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Workflow, Security, Application Engine, PS/Query, nVision, Crystal, SQR, etc.Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft applications 9.X. Prior experience within Student Administration and/or Finance, preferredTechnical skills include SQL and other relational databases, including Microsoft SQL ServerAbility to work in independently as well as in a team environment.Benefits:Academy of Art University offers full-time employees health insurance, 401k options, paid vacation based on years of service (15 days' accrual at start), paid holidays, paid sick leave and a commuter benefit program.
