This role is responsible for supporting key account development, local market activation, and in-store execution while ensuring alignment to corporate brand standards and marketing strategy.RESPONSIBILITIESPut safety first – Always!Lead and foster our “people first” culture.Regional & Account Marketing ExecutionSupport regional sales teams on strategic key account plans by executing agreed-upon marketing tactics.Advise channel partners on co-op marketing investments, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.Support in-store execution including merchandising, signage, displays, and point-of-sale materials.Coordinate and execute local events, promotions, and trade shows.Support both traditional and digital local marketing initiatives, including print, radio, outdoor, paid search, and social.Assist accounts with local online visibility (store listings, ratings, reviews, and basic local SEO).Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand Marketing to activate national programs locally.Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of regional marketing initiatives.Track executional details, timelines, and budgets for assigned programs.Track program activities, co-op usage, and basic performance metrics.Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform future marketing strategies.JOB LOCATIONRemote but candidate must reside in one of the following:Denver, COKansas City, MOAustin, TXDallas, TXHouston, TXPOSITION TYPEFull-Time/RegularEXPERIENCEWe are looking for leaders with a · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 2–5 years of experience in field, channel, or regional marketing.Strong execution, organization, and communication skills.Experience working with sales teams and external partners preferred.Regional market travel – up to 50%Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with help to support display executionAt Trex, we believe in persevering even when there’s no road map, embracing groundbreaking as a way of life. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
