Quality Assurance Analyst

**Location:** Hartford, CT (Hybrid – Remote initially, onsite as required) **Duration:** August 21, 2026 – February 19, 2027 **Experience Required:** 5\+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **QA Tester (Manual \& Automation)** to support enterprise application modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and automated testing, API validation, database testing, and Agile development environments. Responsibilities * Perform Manual and Automation Testing for enterprise applications. * Create and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts. * Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System Integration (SIT), User Acceptance (UAT), and End\-to\-End Testing. * Validate REST APIs using Postman. * Perform SQL backend/database validation. * Test Salesforce applications and Mobile/PWA applications. * Validate JSON/XML responses. * Track and manage defects using Jira. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to ensure software quality. Required Skills * 5\+ years of QA Testing experience. * Selenium, TestNG, and Java. * REST API Testing using Postman. * SQL and Backend Database Validation. * Salesforce Testing. * Mobile and Progressive Web Application (PWA) Testing. * JSON/XML Validation. * Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies. * SDLC, RTM, Test Planning, and Automation Frameworks. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with State Government projects. * Human Services, Healthcare, Medicaid, or Medicare domain experience. * Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES). * SNAP, TANF, LTSS, or Benefits Administration projects. * CI/CD, Git, and Enterprise Modernization experience. Additional Information * Local Connecticut candidates are preferred. * Position is remote initially; candidates must be willing to work onsite in Hartford, CT when required. * Eligible candidates: U.S. Citizens, Green Card, GC\-EAD, or H1\-B Transfer. Pay: $50\.00 \- $60\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
