**Overview**
Salsa Caterers And Special Events is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to help deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during, and after events. This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, guests, and event participants by providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the event planning process.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem\-solving, and building strong relationships.
**Responsibilities**
**Guest Communication**
* Respond to guest and client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Provide information regarding event services, bookings, and event details.
* Address guest questions and concerns in a professional manner.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients and event attendees.
**Event Support**
* Assist with event scheduling and coordination activities.
* Communicate event updates and important information to clients.
* Support event preparation and follow\-up processes.
* Coordinate guest\-related requests and special accommodations.
**Customer Experience**
* Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction.
* Conduct follow\-up communications after events when needed.
* Assist with resolving service\-related concerns.
* Help identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
**Administrative Duties**
* Maintain accurate client and guest records.
* Update event information within company systems.
* Prepare reports and documentation as assigned.
* Support general administrative and operational tasks.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, event support, retail, call center operations, or administrative services.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency with basic computer applications.
**Preferred**
* Experience in hospitality, catering, events, or guest services.
* Scheduling or event coordination experience.
* CRM or customer support software experience.
* Previous remote work experience.
