Lifespan Behavioral Health Services is an outpatient psychiatric and counseling practice founded by Dr. Joshua Sussal. The team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists, with offices in Greenbelt, Olney, and Frederick, as well as telehealth across Maryland. We are in\-network with most major insurance plans, which supports a steady flow of referrals and consistent demand for services. This position is designed for an LMSW or LGPC who wants to build a strong clinical foundation with both support and autonomy in their day\-to\-day work, while continuing to develop their skills. Therapists work with children, adolescents, and adults. Experience with children and teens is a plus, though not required. **At Lifespan…** We have a steady stream of client referrals, and therapists have the opportunity to tailor their own caseload to reflect their areas of interest and experience. Therapists manage their own schedules. The offices are open Monday through Friday; weekend availability is optional based on individual preference. Therapists and prescribers collaborate on care, and work with a range of clinical needs. Administrative support manages billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing therapists to stay focused on clinical work. **Supervision and support...** Weekly individual supervision and twice per month peer case consultation groups are provided.
