Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Schools - Remote

*Job Type: \~35 hours per week, virtual middle school and elementary school students* *Must be a NC resident.* At **Speech Inspirations**, our passion is creating a lasting impact by meeting students where they are and supporting families every step of the way. We are seeking a **licensed North Carolina Speech\-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to provide services to **Alamance\-Burlington School System** and/or **Chatham County Schools**. ***What You’ll Do*** * Deliver engaging, evidence\-based speech and language therapy to students * Conduct evaluations and support individualized, goal\-driven IEPs * Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions * Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success * Track progress and complete documentation with clarity and care * Use secure, easy\-to\-navigate teletherapy platforms and digital tools * Utilize in house (SI) Instructional Assistants to facilitate therapy sessions ***What We’re Looking For*** * Master’s Degree in Speech\-Language Pathology * Active North Carolina SLP License * North Carolina residency (required) * CCC\-SLP preferred * School\-based experience (IEPs, evaluations, compliance) preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills * Comfort with technology and virtual service delivery for some virtual clients * Ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team ***Why You’ll Love Working With Speech Inspirations*** * Make a difference while working from home * Flexible scheduling options * Supportive leadership that understands school\-based therapy * Access to digital resources, tools, and clinical support * Collaboration without micromanagement Ready to Inspire?
