About the RoleGummicube is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative who will be responsible for driving new business for Gummicube's portfolio of products. This role focuses exclusively on outbound business development activities—prospecting, outreach, and closing new accounts. You will work within a collaborative pod structure, partnering closely with your manager to pursue high-value target accounts and contribute to the team's overall revenue goals.What You'll DoExecute outbound prospecting and business development activities for Gummicube's SaaS products and managed servicesWork assigned target accounts provided by your manager while also identifying and proposing new prospects for approvalBuild relationships with prospective clients and develop opportunities at various levels within target organizationsCollaborate with your pod leader and teammates to maximize account coverage and close deals efficientlySupport lead generation efforts including webinars and other marketing initiativesMaintain accurate records of outreach activities, pipeline status, and deal progressRepresent Gummicube at trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build relationshipsEmbrace a solutions-selling approach; understand how Gummicube's products and services address different customer scenariosTravel as needed to attend conferences and support business development activitiesContribute to a collaborative, team-first business development culture where success is sharedWhat We're Looking For2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing roleBusiness Development or Sales experience requiredDemonstrated ability to prospect, build relationships, and close dealsStrong communication and presentation skillsComfortable working toward revenue and pipeline targetsStrategic thinker who can prioritize high-value opportunitiesWillingness to learn and become an expert in App Store Optimization—this is a knowledge/solution-based selling environmentWorking knowledge of Google Suite/Google Apps, Microsoft OfficeExperience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!We'd Be Delighted If You Also HaveMarketing technology, mobile, SaaS or software sales experience - we value drive over a specific industry backgroundWork Location & Travel RequirementsAirship’s ‘Digital First’ approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time.
