As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide simplified, actionable financial information that enables members to make informed decisions with confidence. As the membership grows, there will be additional opportunities to help scale Alchemy Tax by hiring and managing an elite team of tax professionals. **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Leadership:** * Execute the strategic vision, goals, and growth plans for Alchemy Tax * Lead your tax pod, consisting of a junior accountant, and tax admin, in achieving excellence in member service and financial performance * Assist in the hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development of additional team members as the Alchemy Tax division grows *
