Accountant - Client Accounting Services

**Location** Hybrid \- Sandwich, Massachusetts. This role offers flexibility to work remotely but requires regular in\-person work at our Sandwich office. Candidates should reside on Cape Cod or within reasonable commuting distance. **Reports To** Director of Client Accounting Services **Employment Type** Full\-Time **Compensation** $65,000\-$85,000 annually, depending on experience. Candidates with significant relevant experience may be hired at the Senior Accountant level. You'll take responsibility for maintaining accurate books, completing monthly closes, preparing financial statements, and communicating directly with clients to resolve questions and obtain the information needed to keep their accounting current. This is a hands\-on accounting role for someone who enjoys working with multiple businesses rather than focusing on the accounting of a single company. You'll manage recurring deadlines across a portfolio of clients and develop a deep understanding of each client's business and accounting needs.
