If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesCoordinate candidate interviews across multiple departments/time zones and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring processMaintain records within the ATS (greenhouse)Work alongside all our hiring managers to gather notes and feedback on candidates in our pipelineEnsure a positive candidate experience from start to finishAssist in sourcing candidates for all our open positions within our organizationCoordinate employee engagement activates and events Assist with HR compliance documentations and auditsSupport the onboarding process by sending welcome emails and onboarding schedulesWalking employees through our employee handbook, benefits enrollment and policiesIntroduce our new employees to our company culture and valuesHelp coordinate employee recognition programsAssist in Ad hoc projects as they ariseRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in a similar support roleStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with any ATS and HRIS platforms as well as other HR related platform a plusExperience working in a high growth stage companyAnticipated Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000Benefits: Health, Dental &Vision insurance, 401k Contributions, Unlimited Paid Time Off, STD/LTD, Originally posted on Himalayas
