Job Description
Our users are psychiatrists and mental health clinicians — so we're looking for someone who can speak comfortably and credibly with a clinical, professional audience.We're looking for a warm, articulate person to run short (15-minute) onboarding calls for new users of our platform. This is a healthcare-adjacent product, so we'd love someone with a clinical or mental-health-related background — a psychiatric nurse, nursing student, psychology/social work student, or similar — who's comfortable speaking knowledgeably and reassuringly with a professional clinical audience.What you'll do:Run scheduled 15-minute video calls with new users shortly after they sign upWalk them through a short demo report using a script and talking points we provideAnswer common questions confidently and warmlyFlag anything outside your scope appropriately (we'll give you clear guidance on this)Log brief notes after each callWhat we're looking for:A genuinely warm, calm, clear communicator — this is the most important qualityBackground in nursing, psychology, social work, or a related field (current students welcome)Comfortable on video calls with clinicians and professionals you've just metReliable availability for scheduled call slotsStrong spoken EnglishDetails:Part-time / contract — $20 paid per callFully remote, any timezone consideredTraining provided — we'll walk you through our script, the demo report, and likely questions before your first real callImmediate startIf this sounds like you, please apply with a short note on your background and why this role appeals to you, along with your proposed rate per call.
