In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that guide development and implementation.MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTTranslate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support development and maintenance of a clear technical roadmap aligned to business goals
• Support the management and prioritization of the product backlog to support timely delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to ensure requirements are feasible and well‑defined
• Support Agile meetings including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Support release planning and validation activities to ensure high‑quality delivery
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field requiredExperience: 3+ years of experience working in a technical, product, business analyst, or requirements-focused role
• Proven experience translating business needs into technical requirements
• Understanding of software development practices and Agile methodologies
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑paced technical environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise platformsLocation: RemotePreferred Skills & Certifications
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules• Knowledge of AI/ML conceptsExperience with agile scrum methodology
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar
• ITIL v4 certification
• Experience with product roadmaps, technical design discussions, or enterprise architecture
• Experience with business process mapping
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
