Part-Time GTM & Community Manager

We are looking for a creative, highly proactive GTM \& Community Manager to help grow and engage the Tanbii community across social media, Discord, and user\-generated content channels. The Role This is a hands\-on, part\-time growth role for someone who understands social media, online communities, creators, and digital culture. You will help turn Tanbii’s existing users, creators, and followers into a more active and engaged community. The role will focus on generating consistent content, building relationships with UGC creators, managing Discord engagement, and testing practical growth initiatives that increase awareness, downloads, participation, and retention. The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable working independently, and excited about the intersection of mobile gaming, sustainability, creators, and community building. Key Responsibilities Social Media and Content \* Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. \* Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging posts, short\-form videos, community updates, and promotional content. \* Repurpose gameplay, sustainability, creator, and community content across multiple platforms. \* Test different messages, formats, hooks, trends, and calls to action. \* Respond to comments and direct messages and help create an active, authentic brand voice. UGC and Creator Engagement \* Identify and recruit relevant UGC creators, micro\-influencers, gamers, sustainability advocates, and student ambassadors. \* Conduct regular creator outreach and manage follow\-up communication. \* Develop creator briefs, content ideas, talking points, and campaign concepts. \* Coordinate content submissions and maintain a pipeline of creators and potential partners. \* Encourage existing users to create and share Tanbii\-related content. \* Track creator performance, referral activity, and resulting downloads or engagement. Discord and Community Management \* Help manage and energize the Tanbii Discord community. \* Post regular conversation prompts, updates, polls, contests, challenges, and announcements. \* Welcome new members and encourage participation among existing members. \* Identify highly engaged users who could become ambassadors, moderators, beta testers, or content creators. \* Gather community feedback and communicate recurring ideas, questions, and product issues to the Tanbii team. \* Create recurring events or challenges that give members a reason to
