PART-TIME CRM AND LIFECYCLE COPYWRITER

As a key consultative partner within our lifecycle marketing ecosystem, you will translate strategic audience insights into high\-converting, omnichannel messaging that accelerates engagement across email, SMS, push, and in\-app touchpoints. 100% remote (must work in EST/CST Hours). **Responsibilities:** * Craft targeted, multi\-channel copy across CRM lifecycle journeys to optimize conversions across diverse user segments. * Partner closely with CRM leadership to translate strategic briefs and audience insights into compelling, on\-brand messaging. * Collaborate with design systems and external agency partners to streamline high\-volume content production and campaign deployment. * Analyze A/B test results and iterative messaging performance to continuously enhance engagement across all digital touchpoints. **Qualifications:** * 5\+ years of specialized lifecycle, email, and multi\-channel marketing copywriting experience within high\-volume programs. * Demonstrated expertise in writing for triggered CRM flows across email, SMS, push notifications, and in\-app channels. * Proven track record of leveraging platform insights and iterating copy to achieve measurable performance improvements. * Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and collaborative digital tools within dynamic creative workflows.
