Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced AP Biology Teacher to provide high\-quality online instruction to high school students. In this role, you will: * Teach AP Biology concepts with clarity, depth, and engagement * Foster critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem\-solving skills * Guide students toward success on the AP Biology exam, including strategies to achieve a score of 5 * Provide personalized guidance tailored to each student’s learning needs * Collaborate with the teaching team to maximize student outcomes and classroom effectiveness This is a remote, part\-time position with flexible scheduling and competitive per\-class compensation. Teachers may also be eligible for performance\-based rewards when students achieve top AP exam results. Key Responsibilities Teach AP Biology online to high school students with engaging lessons, exam strategies, and personalized guidance. Instruction \& Lesson Preparation * Prepare lesson materials and presentations for each session based on existing curriculum resources * Deliver engaging, interactive online classes * Provide guidance on AP exam content, format, and effective test\-taking strategies Assessment \& Feedback * Track student progress and provide timely, individualized feedback * Mentor students on study strategies, problem\-solving, and exam readiness * Support students in goal setting, including targeting AP scores of 5, with potential performance recognition Student \& Team Collaboration * Communicate regularly with students regarding progress and learning strategies * Collaborate with the teaching team to enhance classroom effectiveness and student outcomes Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field (Master’s preferred) * 2\+ years of high school Biology teaching experience; experience teaching AP Biology strongly preferred * Familiarity with College Board AP Biology curriculum, lab requirements, and exam structure * Proficiency with online teaching platforms and digital instructional tools * Strong communicatio
