Job Description

The Program Manager, Explorer Contract Operations will serve as the Subject Matter Expert and cross- functional leader for the end-to-end lifecycle management across the Explorer Program. This role will manage all contract operations within the contract lifecycle for the entire Explorer Market portfolio across all contract types. This leadership position will enable the team to achieve OKR performance goals by resolving operational bottlenecks and enabling the Practice Transformation Specialist to focus on revenue-driving Performance Excellence work. Primary Duties:Contract Operations Management: Own end-to-end contract lifecycle for extensive contract portfolio including, but not limited to, ACO REACH, PC Flex, MSSP, MA, Commercial and CCF agreementsNavigate complex contract terms and provide expert guidance on eligibility issuesAttend and represent the Explorer market at any relevant meetings such as contracting or cross-sell launchesPractice Partnership & Contract Success:Partner directly with practices to ensure successful contract onboarding and ongoing complianceServe as primary point of contact for practice level contracting questions and resolutionCollaborate with practices to identify and resolve barriers to contract performance and participationSupport cross-sell opportunities and practice expansion initiatives across contract portfolioCross-Functional Leadership:Act as the SME of the Explorer market with all relevant groups such as Payer Networks, SPP, Withdrawal, Legal, and Growth teamsLead collaborations efforts to establish predictability to enable scalabilityProcess Innovation & Automation: Proactively identify ways to contribute to the company’s future through strategic partnershipsLead practice service model innovation with focus on standardization and automationTeam Leadership & Development: Provide direction to PTS team members on how to navigate project roadblocksPartner with Program specialist in day-to-day activities related to contracting/rosteringGuide PTS team through complex contract eligibility issues Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited college or university in healthcare, health technology or information systems-related programs.Significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted.6+ years of experience with relevant experienceProven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExpertise in contract management and healthcare operationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of management experience or mentorship Project management certification or demonstrated competencyExperience with ACO models and value-based care contractsHealthcare practice management experienceData analysis and process improvement skillsPhysical Requirements: Sitting for prolonged periods of time.Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
