The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a strong background in customer-facing roles.What you will be doing:Client engagementIdentifies additional opportunities within existing clients, and is proactive about escalating those to sales and leadership counterpartsDemonstrates a capacity for fostering trust and an atmosphere of partnership with clientsEffectively consults client stakeholders on functional approaches, alternatives and risks, and best practicesHas excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skillsIs able to present to clients in a business-focused, impactful, and persuasive mannerProject deliveryLeads small-scale functional requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions, internally and/or with existing and potential clientsDecomposes small-scale requirements/user stories into tasks, and accurately estimates the effort for themselves or others to complete those tasksProfessionally delegates technical tasks to other team members for projects of small scale and low complexityHas led two or more successful projectsIdentifies problems independently and demonstrates proactive ownership of their solution, and vets and evaluates others’ proposed solutionsDemonstrates a track record of contributing to successful project deliveryDemonstrates an ability to monitor other consultants’ completion of tasks, to help other consultants eliminate or work around impediments, and to identify additional work for othersSkills and experience you bring:Ability to write simple data queries and/or low-code routines2+ years of experience with Agile delivery (preferred)5+ years’ experience delivering and 1+ years’ experience leading two or more of the following types (or comparable) of projects:Implementing, configuring and customizing Microsoft D365 including but not limited to configuring forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, solutions, etc. Implementing, configuring and customizing Power Platform including but not limited to Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps Upgrading/migrating CRM on-premise to D365 SalesImplementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or D365 SalesImplementing D365 Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Portals, or Customer InsightsMigrating data and and/or implementing integrations to and from D365Ability to identify whether a routine of medium complexity should be implemented via a no-code solution or via a software development effortTwo or more Microsoft D365 certificationsA constant learner, and is proactive and passionate about seeking out educational opportunities, achieving certifications, following market trends, and overall self-improvementConsulting operationsConsistently maintains or exceeds target utilization, and is proactive about seeking consulting opportunities to maximize his/her utilizationCompetencies and behaviorsHas the following attributes:Strong interpersonal skillsHigh energy and enthusiasmIntegrity, honesty, and humilityResults-orientationSelf-motivationCapability to deal effectively with difficult situationsIs able to: Work independently and as part of a teamWork with diverse cultures, corporate environments, and personality typesMaintain a positive attitudeIs able to work on multiple projects, and prioritize and perform tasks in a customer-friendly manner while utilizing time and resources efficiently and effectivelyIs proficient with Microsoft Office productsOriginally posted on Himalayas
