You’ll turn ideas into polished, scalable content systems that drive consistency and engagement across platforms, supported by structured processes and a dedicated Success Manager.This is a full-time, long-term opportunity designed for impact, creative growth, and direct influence on brand presence and business performance.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled, proactive Video Editor & Content Operations Manager to take full ownership of content production and distribution.This role focuses on building a seamless “film-and-forget” system—transforming raw recordings into high-performing content across YouTube, podcast platforms, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll manage editing, repurposing, distribution, and workflow optimization , while bringing strategic input to elevate content quality and consistency.RequirementsOwn the full content lifecycle from raw footage to published assets across all platformsEdit long-form YouTube and podcast content with strong pacing and storytellingRepurpose content into short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with captions and hooksDesign or coordinate thumbnails to improve click-through ratesManage content uploads, scheduling, tagging, and optimization across platformsConvert video scripts into email content using AI and distribute via GoHighLevelBuild and maintain a streamlined “film-and-forget” workflow for consistent outputExtract and repurpose content from calls and existing recordingsTrack performance metrics and optimize content based on insightsMaintain organized content systems, folders, and publishing calendarsCollaborate with the founder and proactively suggest content improvementsQualifications:3–5+ years of video editing and content production experience (must-have)Proven experience with long-form and short-form content (must-have)Strong understanding of content repurposing and social media trends (must-have)Experience managing end-to-end content workflows (must-have)Proficiency in AI-assisted content workflows and automation toolsStrong ownership mindset with the ability to work independentlyExperience supporting entrepreneurs or personal brands (preferred)Tools You’ll Use:Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar (must-have)Platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Podcast platforms (must-have)CRM & Distribution: GoHighLevel (must-have)AI Tools: ChatGPT or similar (must-have)Design: Canva, Photoshop (nice-to-have)Benefits Competitive salary Paid US holidays Paid wellness days Health & wellness allowance Monthly profit sharing Sales, AI, and Operations upskilling Dedicated Success Manager and long-term placement supportOriginally posted on Himalayas
