If you want to join a forward-thinking, rapidly growing organization where helping people is the number one goal, we want to hear from you.You willPerform quality assurance monitoring for all departments within call center including Operations, Enrollments, Customer Success and Settlements Teams Identify areas for improvementEvaluate customer interactions (including via phone, social media, email, and chat) and develop metrics for excellence to measure performanceCreate and track accurate, timely quality-monitoring reportsProtect and implement appropriate controls and processes for organizational growth including ongoing protocol for testing controlsCommunicate detailed feedback and consistent follow up with all teamsRecommend policy and procedure changes based on quality monitoring observationsUpdate relevant departments regarding any changes required for all manuals, tools, and other written resourcesStay current with contemporary technology trends/concepts and best practicesSpecial projects assigned as necessaryYou haveBachelor’s Degree or equivalent related QA experience1-3 years QA experience (preferred) Commitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact within all levels or the organizationHigh attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability in being an effective team player providing proactive solutions in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to ensuring integrity and ability to manage highly confidential information with professionalism and tactJoin our dynamic team and contribute to Above Lending’s success as we continue to provide innovative lending solutions to our customers.Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), Above Lending is informing California residents who are our job applicants, contractors or prospective employees (together “job applicants”) about the categories of personal information we collect about you and the purposes for which we will use this information.
